  1. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CAMILLA NEWS?

    Signing up for CAMILLA news allows you to hear about new arrivals, special promotions, styling news and more. Go to the bottom right of our website to the sign up bar.

  2. THE CAMILLA I WANT HAS GONE FROM YOUR SITE?

    If the product is no longer listed on our website it has sold out. Please contact our Customer Care team who will attempt to locate your CAMILLA from one of our boutiques. If we cannot find the piece you’re after we can add your details to the eBoutique’s Wist List and contact you if it becomes available. 

  3. WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

    We offer Express and Standard shipping for Australian customers and standard shipping for our New Zealand customers. Orders over a certain amount can received free shipping! Click here for more shipping information.

  4. I NEED TO CHANGE/CANCEL SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?

    If you’ve order something that you wish to change or cancel, you will need to wait for the delivery of your order, check our returns policy and follow our easy return steps. Click here to see our returns policy and how to return.

  5. HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?

    Once you order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click here to login to your account.

    We currently don’t have any CAMILLA boutiques internationally however we have stockists in many countries around the world. Click here to see our international stockists.

  9. WHERE ARE MY EBOUTIQUE CREDITS AND HOW CAN I USE THEM?

    eBoutique credits can be found on your CAMILLA account and can be applied to your order in the checkout. For more information on eBoutique credits click here

  10. CAN I BOOK A STYLING APPOINTMENT IN-STORE?

    CAMILLA boutiques offer personal styling sessions for customers in need of a little extra CAMILLA Angel magic. Styling sessions offer help with styling an outfit, bridal services, special occasion styling, suggesting the perfect fit, or just assistance with new ways of styling your CAMILLA.

  11. WHAT BRIDAL SERVICES DOES CAMILLA OFFER?

    CAMILLA boutiques offer styling sessions to cater for brides to be & bridesmaids.

  12. DO YOU DO LAYBYS?

    CAMILLA boutiques offer layby’s. All laybys are valid for 4 weeks and require a 20% deposit. The eBoutique doesn’t offer this service.

  13. HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY CAMILLA?

    CAMILLA offers a wide range of product each with individual care instructions. Please care for your CAMILLA by following the care instructions on your products care label.

  14. CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?

    CAMILLA currently only offers gift vouchers in-store. Vouchers are valid for 6 months. Vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.

  15. I DON’T KNOW MY PASSWORD

    Go to the login page and press “Forgot My Password”. This will prompt you to add you email address, after entering, press submit. You’ll receive an email with steps to change your password.Click hereto login to your account.

  16. WHERE CAN I GET SPARE CRYSTALS?

    When purchasing your CAMILLA you are provided with matching crystals and embellishments enclosed in the swing tag. Please keep the swing tag as we are unable to provide matching embellishments as our necklines/embellished details change each season.

  17. CAN I RETURN MY CAMILLA PURCHASE FROM DAVID JONES TO A CAMILLA BOUTIQUE OR VICE VERSA?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from David Jones or CAMILLA stockists and vice versa. They purchase their stock from CAMILLA and once despatched they are managed by the stockist business.

  18. DO YOU PRICE MATCH WITH DAVID JONES OR STOCKISTS

    Unfortunately, we cannot price match with David Jones or stockists. 

  19. CAN CAMILLA BOUTIQUES CHECK IF SOMETHING IS IN STOCK IN DAVID JONES OR STOCKISTS?

    As David Jones and stockists have different inventory systems our CAMILLA Angel’s unfortunately cannot check the stock they have available. We suggested you call the store direct. Click here to see our Australian stockists and click here to see our international stockists.
