These shipping terms apply only to shipments within the United States of purchases from www.camilla.com.
Shipping fees will be charged on all orders in accordance with the Shipping Fee Table which may be updated at our discretion from time to time. Shipping fees will include a standard or express fee per shipment and a re-shipment fee, each as applicable.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click here to log into your account.
U.S. EXPRESS & STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched before 1pm AEST Monday – Friday. We use UPS for express and standard shipments. Orders will arrive at your shipping address between [8am – 6pm ] Monday to Friday. Please ensure that an authorized person is available at your shipping address as a signature will be requested upon receipt of shipment. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your shipment, the driver will leave a card and the shipment will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect. Please ensure your shipping details are correct as we are unable to re-direct shipments once your order has been dispatched.
Orders made with our express service must be placed before 1pm PST Monday – Friday in order to be shipped the following business day (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Shipping times are listed in the Shipping Fee Table and are an estimate only and YOU AGREE WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY IN SHIPMENT. For further detail, please refer to the DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY section of our Terms and Conditions.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your order total.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
In estimating your shipping time, please note that shipping times may vary from product to product. Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within one to three business days of placing an order. From time to time, we may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping black out period.
